Vintage Truck Mini Session

These sessions are about celebrating your family together.  It’s a chance to capture moments that illustrate who you are individually & who you are as a family unit.  This is a great opportunity to freshen up your photo stock for the upcoming Christmas Card Bonanza {aka: The Holidays}

This time of year, the weather can be UNPREDICTABLE. We hope to have a better understanding of what “style” of session will be offered.  Each event may be different, the outcomes will always be the same:  FABULOUS-ly fun photo’s!  So let’s “wing” it together.   I will send out information the week prior to the session – dress according to weather please.

Please note: sessions are hosted outside, dress for the weather.  There may be some walking to the various locations on the farm if time allows.

Mini Session Times

Sessions are scheduled every 1/2 hour; our time together is limited.  Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your session; late arrivals may forfeit the session or have a reduced photo time.

Reserving your Date

To reserve your time, please fill in the form below.  We will send over a quote to get started building your package.
1. Pick your Package – add items that you want. Don’t stress, this can be changed anytime.
{Event dates / times are limited} we do not hold times without a deposit.
2. We will follow up & confirm that the session is officially in the scheduling book.
3.  Relax until the session 😉  KISS (keep.it.simple.silly)

The week of the event we send out updates and information for our session time together.

Extra Details

Cookies & snacks provided after the session, as our way of saying THANK YOU – job well done.
Try out our “famous Mulled Cider” (splash of brandy for adults makes it all totally worth it!)

How to I Reserve My Session Date

Sessions are reserved with a $75 deposit
The balance is due prior to gallery / product delivery.

When Will My Photo's be Ready?

We strive to keep our delivery short & sweet. You can expect to receive a gallery link within 2 weeks of your session.  Sneak Peaks are posted 1-2 weeks after the session.  Given the time sensitive nature of the Holiday season, we want to get them delivered as soon as we can.  Product Delivery is 3-4 weeks – get your orders in immediately {ASAP} to receive for Christmas gfits. 

Should I bring Props?

It’s not required, if you love it, bring it!

Suggestions:  Hats, Scarves, Blankets, Coffee Cups.  We may not have lots of time with the prop items, as we do focus on the family interactions.  We want you to be comfortable, and most importantly YOURSELVES!  I do prefer to keep it simple silly {K.I.S.S}

Come with the family let’s have some fun! 

What to Wear

No.  You don’t have to wear the same outfit the whole time.  Variety is the spice of life!
In fact ,your photo’s will look better if you have a change of colors or patterns.
Dress in layers, we are outside please keep this in mind.    Adding scarves & hats can make for a quick switch.

These sessions are about celebrating your family together.  It’s a chance to capture moments that illustrate who you are individually & who you are as a family unit.  This is a great opportunity to freshen up your photo stock, add a new family photo album to the collection.  

Sessions are scheduled & photographed Saturdays & Sundays, with select weekday availability upon request.  We can offer location suggestions or we can photograph on-location of your choice.

Your images will be posted in an on-line gallery for easy access and viewing.  All your ordering and selections will be made from the gallery.  The next step is to start building your family session.  Package start at $175 + Ala’ Carte ordering options. 

what to wear

No, you do not have to wear the same thing & coordinating does not mean identical. 
In fact, your photo’s will look best if you have a variety of colors & some patterns.
Dresses & skirts look great on the ladies.  Guys dressed in layers {weather permitting}
We may only have time for 1 outfit; adding accessories, hats & scarves can make for a quick change.

 
What to Wear

Props

It’s always fun to bring props; a few items we may recommend if you have them handy, chalk boards & books.   If you are an active family with young children, we may incorporate moving games to keep everyone happy.   Large blankets can provide multiple purposes.  If you have a family quilt, please consider bringing it.  Don’t stress over this.  Sometimes less is more.   No matter what, we want to capture the You- right Now – in this moment.  That’s the important part.

Family Welcome Guide

These Sessions are about celebrating your family, togetherness.  It’s a chance to capture moments that illustrate who you are individually and who you are as a family unity.

We like to keep our sessions laid back; we prefer comfort over fake- overposed settings.  It’s okay if the kids throw a tantrum, it’s even better when there is a giggle-fest.  Be ready to enjoy each other and let TSP capture you just as you are.

Date

Let’s schedule 2 dates right away.  
Our first date is the primary date; if the weather doesn’t cooperate or a last minute emergency arises, we have round 2 already in the books = no stress.

Location:

Do you have a favorite hang-out?
Let’s meet there.
We want your story to be meaningful to you.
What inspires your family?  What kind of hobbies do you enjoy together?

The best locations have great light and subtle details.  If you are undecided on location, we are more than happy to work with you in finding the right space.  Locations that require an entrance fee will be clients responsibility to cover the cost for photographer + assistant.

Session Cost

Each Session is fully customize-able,
Packages start at $175 with a variety of Ala’ carte options available.  When you are ready to start customizing your session; please drop us a comment.  We will send over a quote so you can begin building your package to fit your budget.

Should I Bring Props?

It’s not required, but if you love it, bring it!  If you are an active family and would like to incorporate a theme into your session, we welcome new idea’s!  We love exploring options with our clients and creating new settings where you can be comfortable.

Prop Suggestions:  bikes, maps for travel, sporting equipment – whatever feels like your family.  Want to keep it simple?  No problem, just come as yourselves.
